Hi,
Once user is facing an issue with his Outlook 2011 in MAC OS X Yosemite,. The user is using only one mail profile and he didnt configured "mail" application for emails.
The error is showing as
Microsoft Entourage is not running.
Check Enterprise Vault system preferences pane for configured email client.
Selected outlook the default application for email also.
please help
