Error message Entreprise vault when in backup mode

When the entreprise vault server (v10 and v11) is in backup mode, if in same time a user delete an email, he receive an error message :

"The web server isn't not available at this moment..."

We have a lot of user contact our IT support for this issue because the message isn't very manifest.

I suggest than Symantec replace this information by another message :

Actually the entreprise vault server is in maintenance mode, this featureis not available at the moment, try again later or contact your system administrator.
