During Review: With a document checked, choose print. Requesting an option to select which pages print (Pages 1 Through 1, or pages 2 through 7). This would allow, during review, top level documents to be printed to pdf without the entire corresponding email string. Some documents are 100's of pages long. This takes up space and time to have to print the entire document to pdf, then go into "printed" saved document and select "print page 1" all over again.
